OUR POLICY

We understand life happens and that reservations need to be adjusted. In order to best serve all our guests, our cancellation/reschedule policy for the following services will be include

​

Hair, Makeup, Lash, and Waxing Appointments:

​

•We ask that any reservation changes, reschedules, or cancellations be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.

​

•If a reservation is changed, rescheduled, or canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.

​

•If we do not hear from you, and you miss the appointment, you will be charged for the entire service.

​

•A credit card or debit card will be required to make a reservation.​

​

      Other deposit options can be make by using Venmo, CashApp or Zelle

Microblading Appointments: All microblading appointments require a 50% deposit.  We require at least 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The deposit will be forfeited for all LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS.
